Roundtable.Furniture, (founded in 2013) is a resource for furniture companies and designers to add perspective, insight, and experience into their business. Founded by George Kordaris who provides honest assessments, in-depth research, and high-level management experience. Roundtable offers ‘outside-in’ thinking to tackle today’s most challenging and changing landscape.
In 2018 George started teaching the History of Production Furniture class at ArtCenter College of Design and has taught the course over 15 times to Graduate and Undergraduates. Click here to read all the student evaluations and comments.
Beginning in 2019 he created the course Classroom to Career at ArtCenter which aims to help students find good jobs that have lasting professional design career value. He also teaches at Parsons and Pratt, which offer similar classes.
In March 2024 Humanscale sponsored George to present a well received Webinar on Hidden Treasures of Women in Furniture. Click here to watch.
